Rise & Remember: A Sacred Space to Remember Who You Are

Welcome, Beautiful soul.

I am so honored you’ve chosen to walk this path of healing, remembering, and rising with me.
To help us get the most out of our time together, I’ve created this guide so you know exactly what to expect, how to prepare, and how we’ll flow through this sacred work. 

This is a 3-month container designed to support your spiritual, emotional, and personal growth.
Our work together blends mediumship, intuitive healing, card reading, energy work, and life coaching all customized to your needs.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program; it’s a co-created journey to help you:

• Heal old wounds and patterns
• Reconnect with your intuition
• Receive guidance from Spirit
• Step into your authentic, aligned self

• 1x Monthly Sessions  60 minutes each, via Zoom or in person (if local)
• Weekly Check-Ins  Text or voice note encouragement and accountability
• Custom Tools  journaling prompts, affirmations, and moon rituals.

 To make the most of our time together:

• Arrive centered  Take a few quiet minutes beforehand to ground and breathe.
• Bring your focus  Have a journal or notes ready so you can capture insights.
• Set your intention  Think about what you’d like clarity, healing, or guidance on.
• Limit your main questions  Please prepare no more than 2–3 focused questions per session. This allows us to go deeper rather than rush through topics.
  

• For deeper topics or multiple questions, we’ll bring them into our next full session so we have space to explore them fully.
  
• Weekly check-ins will be a mix of voice note/message encouragement, gentle accountability, and intuitive nudges.

 This mentorship is a sacred space for growth. To honor both of our energy:

• I will respond to messages within 24 business hours (M–F).
• Please keep between-session questions focused and concise so I can give thoughtful responses
• Emotional processing is welcome, but remember this is a space for empowerment, not dependency.
• If urgent support is needed, you may request a 15-min emergency intuitive call (based on availability).
   

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Missed sessions without notice will count toward your package

This journey will ask you to listen inward, take aligned action, and allow the transformation to unfold. Together, we’ll uncover what’s always been within you.
